Went to the Physical Therapist today . . . Nothing serious with the hip, just something wrong with my IT band. He said 3 or 4 days of no running should fix it. That means recumbent bike for 3 days, blah!! So I got 1 hour in on the bike today. The PT also gave me some stretches, and because my wife works with him we have permission to go in and use the ultra sound and stem therapy machines whenever we want :)
