Personal:
I am a former collegiate football player (offensive lineman) who took up running to lose weight, and in the process I have become addicted! I started running at 290 lbs. I am married and we are expecting our first child in September 2014.
My sister in law's first outside run since tearing her Achilles. Was slow, but good for her. 6.5 with her, the rest solo. She has been building up in her treadmill
