Personal:
I am a former collegiate football player (offensive lineman) who took up running to lose weight, and in the process I have become addicted! I started running at 290 lbs. I am married and we are expecting our first child in September 2014.
Nice workout today. A good solid 4 mile run followed by a couple hours of full-court basketball. The legs felt pretty good, and I am really going to be pushing it the next couple of weeks. Hope all goes well.

I saw your question on the message board about BQ marathons. You mentioned St. George depending on how you run Ogden and Utah Valley. I don't know if you know this but you must register for St. George before May 7th at 11:59pm.
