Get Back into REAL shape. Long-Term Running Goals:
- Win the Clydesdale division in a marathon
- Qualify for and run Boston
- Run a sub 3 hr. Marathon
Personal: I am a former collegiate football player (offensive lineman) who took up running to lose weight, and in the process I have become addicted! I started running at 290 lbs. I am married and we are expecting our first child in September 2014. |

| The run went good, just not as productive at the start as I would have liked. Got stuck behind the tail end of the bairgutsman, and didn't want to be a jerk so I just settled in the conga line. I new about the race, but thought if I started 15 min after them, and started 2 miles away from the start I would be fine, not the case! Oh well, still a solid effort. Went all the way to the top of Francis peak and them down farmington canyon to the Chevron on park lane by lagoon. | |
