Keeping the miles low,  but picked up the pace a bit.  1.5 warmup followed by 1 mile @7:08, 3/4@7:03 pace, 1/2@6:58 pace, 1/4@6:30 pace.  All with 1/4 of jogging.  Felt good, starting to get my legs back.

Starting to get some consistency back, and really enjoying it, about ready to start upping the miles again.

The knee and hammy problems are back.  Tried a warmup on the bike, 15 min of solid effort.  Then 30 min taking it easy.  I think it's about time I REALLY get to the bottom of this.
