Run A Sub 3:30 Marathon

Get Back into REAL shape.

Long-Term Running Goals:

  •  Win the Clydesdale division in a marathon
  • Qualify for and run Boston
  • Run a sub 3 hr. Marathon

 

 

Personal:

I am a former collegiate football player (offensive lineman) who took up running to lose weight, and in the process I have become addicted! I started running at 290 lbs.  I am married and we are expecting our first child in September 2014.
